Marking of corrective frames

Application:

The frames are a Class I medical device (according to Regulation (EU) 2017/745, Annex VIII, Chapter III), intended primarily for use in the manufacture of prescription eyeglasses in combination with optical prescription lenses.

Prescription eyeglass frames meet the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2017/745.

Storage and cleaning:

The frames should be stored in a suitable case and at temperatures from -10°C to a maximum of +35°C.

Do not expose the fixtures to direct sunlight in an enclosed, non-air-conditioned room (e.g., on the dashboard of a car), as they can be damaged at high temperatures.

Avoid solvents (e.g., acetone, alcohol) and strong cleaning products that can damage the frames.

Use only a tissue moistened with a mild, inert product to clean your glasses.

If the frames accidentally and briefly came into contact with, for example, seawater, chlorinated water (such as in a swimming pool), cosmetics, chemicals, they should be removed immediately with a moistened wipe.

If any component of the holder is mechanically damaged, we recommend replacing it with a new, original component.

Warnings:

Please note that allergy-sensitive people may experience adverse reactions after contact with the frame material.

Note that the frames come with plastic demonstration glasses, which are not intended for use, but only for decorative purposes and to hold the shape of the frame.

Signage:

The production date can be found on the individual packages. The model designation can be found inside the product.

Označení obrouček dioptrických brýlí

Použití:

Obroučky jsou zdravotnický prostředek třídy I (Pravidlo 1 Kapitoly III Přílohy VIII nařízení (ES) 2017/745), který je určen především pro výrobu dioptrických brýlí jejich spojením s optickými čočkami vydávanými na předpis.

Obroučky dioptrických brýlí jsou v souladu s nařízením (ES) 2017/745.

Uchovávání a čištění:

Obroučky uchovávejte ve vhodném obalu, při teplotě od -10 do +35 °C.

Nenechávejte obroučky na slunci v uzavřeném, neklimatizovaném prostoru (např. přihrádka auta), protože při zahřátí může dojít k jejich poškození.

Zamezte kontakt obrouček s rozpouštědly (např. aceton, alkohol) a silnými detergenty, které je možnou poškodit.

K čištění brýlí používejte výhradně k tomu určený hadřík namočený do mírného, neutrálního čisticího prostředku.

V případě krátkého, sporadického kontakt obrouček např. se slanou či chlorovanou vodou (např. v bazénu), kosmetickými produkty a chemickými látkami okamžitě je odstraňte mokrým hadříkem.

Pokud dojde k poškození kterékoliv části obrouček, je vhodně ji vyměnit za novou.

Upozornění:

U citlivých osob a osob náchylných na alergické reakce může dojít k nežádoucím reakcím při kontaktu s materiálem obrouček.

Obroučky jsou osazeny zkušebními plastovými čočkami, které nejsou vhodné k používání, plní pouze ozdobnou funkci a udržují tvar obrouček.

Označení:

Datum výroby je uvedeno na obalu. Označení modelu je uvnitř výrobku.

Exposure of the frames to the sun in an enclosed, non-air-conditioned room (e.g. the dashboard of a car) should be avoided, as the frames may be damaged if heated to high temperatures.

Avoid solvents (e.g. acetone, alcohol), and strong detergents which could damage the frames.

Use a dedicated cloth moistened with a mild neutral detergent to clean your eyeglasses.

In the event of sporadic and brief contact of the frames with e.g. salt water, chlorinated water (e.g. in a swimming pool), cosmetics, chemicals, remove them immediately with a damp cloth.

If any part of the frame is mechanically damaged, we recommend replacing the damaged part with a new original one.

Szemüvegkeretek dioptriás szemüveghez címkézése

Rendeltetés:

A szemüvegkeret I. osztályú orvosi eszköz (az 2017/745. sz. (EU) rendelet VIII. sz. melléklete, III. fejezet, 1. szabálya szerint), rendeltetése szerint elsődlegesen dioptriás szemüvegekhez használják, receptre kiadott optikai lencsékkel együtt.

A dioptriás szemüveghez szánt keretek megfelelnek a 2017/745. sz. (EU) rendelet előírásainak.

Tárolás és tisztítás:

A keretek a keretekhez kialakított tokban tárolandók, -10-től max. +35 Celsius-fokos hőmérsékleten.

A keretet zárt, nem légkondicionált helyiségben (pl. a autó szélvédője mögött) tárolva kerülni kell a közvetlen napsütést, mivel a túlzott felmelegedés károsíthatja a keretet.

Oldószerek (pl. acetone, alcohol), valamint erős mosószerek károsíthatják a keretet, ezért használatuk kerülendő.

A szemüveg tisztításához szemüvegtisztításra alkalmas, kímélő mosószerrel nedvesített kendő használandó.

Amennyiben alkalomadtán és rövid ideig a keret pl. sós vízzel, klóros vízzel (pl. az uszodában), kozmetikumokkal, vegyszerekkel kerül kapcsolatba, nedves kendővel azonnal le kell törölni.

A keret bármely részének mechanikus sérülése esetén javasolt a sérült rész cseréje (a gyártótól).

Figyelmeztetések:

Az allergiára hajlamos vagy érzékeny személyek esetén a keret anyagával való érintkezés nem kívánt reakciót válthat ki.

Ne feledjük, hogy a keret kizárólag bemutatási, nem pedig használati célból, műanyag lencséket tartalmaz, amelyek rendeltetése kizárólag dekorációs jellegű, illetve a keret alakjának megtartását célozzák.

Aplicare:

Ramele sunt un dispozitiv medical din clasa I [Regula 1 capitolul III din anexa VIII la Regulamentul (CE) 2017/745], destinate în principal fabricării de ochelari de corecție, atunci când sunt combinate cu lentile optice cu prescripție medicală.

Depozitare și curățare:

Ramele trebuie depozitate într-o cutie adaptată și la o temperatură cuprinsă între 10 grade Celsius și maximum +35 grade Celsius.

Ar trebui evitată expunerea ramei la soare într-o încăpere închisă, fără aer condiționat (de exemplu, bordul unei mașini), deoarece ramele se pot deteriora dacă se încălzesc foarte tare.
